My progress disappeared. Game data is stored only on your device, so deleting the app or moving to a new phone does not carry it over. There is currently no cloud sync.
I bought something and didn’t receive it. Open the Shop tab and tap Restore Purchases. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us with the date of purchase and we’ll sort it out.
How do I fuse items? Two items of different elements at the same tier, from tier 3 upward, combine into a hybrid instead of tiering up. Hybrids produce considerably more.
What does a Supernova do? It destroys your current galaxy and converts it into permanent Galaxy Marks, which buy upgrades that persist forever. Marks scale with how deep you merged, so it pays to build tall before collapsing.
Why did my comet disappear? Comets fade about twenty seconds after they land. Tap one before it goes and you get a burst of Stardust; miss it and nothing is lost.
Delete the app. All game data is stored on the device and goes with it.
